Terms of Service

Film My Events lets a host set up an event and invite guests to shoot photos that land in the host's private gallery. By creating or joining an event you agree to these terms.

Don't use Film My Events to upload illegal content, sexually explicit material, or anything intended to harass or harm someone. We may remove content, close an event, or suspend an account that breaks these rules, without notice.

As a host, you're responsible for your event and for the guests you invite to it, including making sure your guests are comfortable being photographed and having their photos shown in your gallery or on the public canvas. If your event involves minors or a private venue, it's on you to have the appropriate consent and permission before guests start shooting.

Events start on a free plan. Paid plans are a one-time payment for a single event, shown in Malaysian ringgit before you pay; upgrading charges only the difference from your current plan. There's no subscription and nothing renews.

A plan covers one event only. It isn't credit, and it can't be moved to another event, saved for later or exchanged for cash. Cameras and shots that your guests don't use by the time the event's camera closes (48 hours after its last day) expire with it, and aren't refunded.

If something went wrong with a paid event, contact us within 14 days of the event date and we'll make it right, including a refund where the service didn't work as described.

Film My Events is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep events and photos available and intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not a permanent photo archive. See our Privacy Policy for how long event data is kept before it's deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Film My Events and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of photos or event data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
